RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received, with original tags still attached.
Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@traumaless.com with your order number.
Let us know whether you’re requesting a return or exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Ship the item back within the approved window.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer size exchanges when inventory is available. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the return is received and approved.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll make it right.
